OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS (5/4/2016) – Centralized Showing Service, Inc. (CSS), the nation’s leader in real estate showing services, is pleased to announce Kevin Hughes to join the company as Vice-President of Business Development. Hughes will report to President, Robert Faherty.

With 19 years of service to the real estate community, Hughes has a track record of bringing real-world technology solutions to the industry and has extensive experience leading national sales teams to achieve significant growth in revenue, market share and client loyalty.

With an expertise in MLS information systems, Kevin has been instrumental at keeping agents connected through technology. He helped pioneer the integration of GIS/public record mapping with MLS services as the Business Development Manager for Virtual Information Systems. As Director of Sales for Fidelity National Information Systems, Kevin developed the market strategy for Paragon MLS v3.0. In 2004, Kevin co-founded Clareity Security with a mission to protect/secure access to MLS listing and customer data, as well as provide revenue assurance for MLS and Association services with the SAFEMLS platform. The SAFEMLS platform was also at the forefront to establish open industry standards for single sign-on.
