Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), provider of the Chicagoland MLS, hosted the 2015 MREDpalooza Tech Expo on June 23 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. Over 4,500 attendees from Chicago and beyond participated in valuable training sessions, visited around 60 vendors’ booths and many went home with great prizes. Centralized Showing Service (CSS) had a piece of prime real estate on the expo floor and Debbie Buckrucker, CSS Regional Account Executive for the Upper Midwest region, enjoyed conversations with agents, brokers and association leadership. CSS Members like Maria Zucek of Re/Max Central and Nancy Leggett of Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell stopped by to share how much CSS has enabled them to spend less time playing phone tag to schedule showings and more time building relationships and meeting the needs of their clients. Debbie even enjoyed a visit from a special guest, Ozzie the Kane County Cougars mascot, who loved representing MREDpalooza’s baseball theme. The Cougars are the minor league baseball 2014 Midwest League champions who play their home games in Geneva, IL, which is outside Chicago. MRED serves nearly 40,000 brokers and appraisers and 8,000 offices in Chicago and surrounding counties, providing information on properties in northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana. CSS provides quick, courteous and accurate service in the Chicago area to many agents and offices, including Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell and Century 21 Affiliated. For more information about CSS in the Upper Midwest, please contact Debbie Buckrucker.
