Our system automatically identifies the agent calling and the CSR verifies they have the correct account to ensure that only authorized real estate agents can conduct showings on CSS listings. All changes are tracked, recorded and stored for future reference.
In most CSS markets, CSS obtains your listings directly from your local MLS.
This Showings.com feature provides the ability to notify all Agents who have previously shown a CSS listing of any changes to the property. If the seller reduced the price or improves the property (e.g., repainted interior walls, replaced carpet, installed new fence, etc.) listing agents can use the Listing Announcement feature to easily notify and request that all showing agents give the listing further consideration. This is an additional opportunity to make a good impression.
The CSS Mobile App is available for Apple and Android mobile devices. CSS members can download it for FREE by visiting their mobile app store on their mobile device. The Showing Agent is automatically sent a request for feedback via email once the showing is complete. Within the email message is a link back to Showings.com where the agent can provide feedback. Agents can also provide feedback after logging onto Showings.com.
No. Showings agents can use Showings.com to setup showings on CSS listings and provide feedback. Showings.com is available at no charge for showing agents only needing to schedule on a CSS listed property. You'll need a password, username and a showing code. Start here.
